Features

Every part of the shop, and how they feed each other

Nine modules, one database. A bill written at the counter is also a stock movement, a khata entry, a line in the GST register and a point on the owner's chart — written once, not four times.

The modules

Nine screens your shop works in

Jump to the one you care about.

  1. The counter

    Billing & invoices

Search a product, add it, take payment, print. The whole bill is keyboard-driven, so the queue keeps moving — and it keeps moving when the connection drops.

    • Keyboard-first cart — search, add, discount, pay
    • Keeps billing offline, and syncs when signal returns
    • Scan the tag; the line names the colour and size
    • GST by price: 5% or 18% per piece, after the discount
    • Exchange on the same screen, at what the customer paid
    • Item-level and bill-level discounts, and buy 2 get 1 schemes
    • Cash, UPI, card or a split across all three
    • 58mm and 80mm thermal, or A4 on a laser printer
  2. The godown

    Inventory & stock

Every colour and size is its own line of stock under one style number. Cost, MRP, selling price and live stock are updated by the bill itself, not by you.

    • A whole style added at once, in every colour and size
    • Order a style from a supplier size by size, in one grid
    • The style's stock as a grid of colours and sizes
    • Barcode labels with the MRP, inclusive of all taxes
    • Cost vs. selling price, so margin is on every sale
    • Stock drops as you bill — no end-of-day entry
    • Per-product reorder level, not one threshold for the shop
    • Low-stock alerts on the dashboard
    • CSV import and export for bulk changes
  3. The register

    Udhaar khata

A credit sale books an entry against the customer, not against your cash. The two can never disagree.

    • Credit is tracked as dues, never counted as received
    • Per-customer balance and full payment history
    • Record part payments against an old bill
    • Total credit exposure on the dashboard
  4. The regulars

    Customers

Every bill attaches to a customer, so you can see what someone buys and what they still owe.

    • Phone-number lookup at the counter
    • Full purchase history per customer
    • Tags to group wholesale, retail or staff rates
    • Outstanding dues visible before you bill again
    • Loyalty points earned on each bill, spent as a discount

    What it replaces

The diary of phone numbers behind the counter, and the five minutes you spend remembering whether this customer already owes you something.

  5. The buying side

    Purchases & suppliers

Raise a purchase order, receive it, and let the stock go up on its own. Enter the distributor's bill against it and the input credit is counted.

    • Purchase orders with supplier and expected date
    • Receiving an order adds the stock
    • Purchase bills entered against the order, with the tax split
    • Input-credit summary for the period, ready for GSTR-3B table 4(A)
    • Supplier list with contact and GSTIN
    • Purchase value feeds cost and margin

    What it replaces

Loose supplier bills in a drawer, and the stock count that never matches because last week's delivery was never entered.

  6. The tailor

    Alterations

Take a garment in for shortening, fitting or a fall-pico, promise a date, and know which jobs are late before the customer calls.

    • Numbered job with garment, work, charge and promised date
    • Received, with the tailor, ready, delivered
    • Overdue and ready jobs on the dashboard
    • The charge goes on a bill as a 5% tailoring line

    What it replaces

The slip with the measurements somewhere under the counter, and the Saturday call asking whether the trouser is ready.

  7. The month end

    GST & filing

Your bills are already GST data. The registers and the return tables come out of them.

    • Tax invoices with CGST/SGST/IGST split and place of supply
    • GSTR-1 as portal-ready JSON, plus GSTR-3B and HSN summary
    • Rate-wise and account-wise registers with an audit trail
    • Bills of supply and financial-year invoice numbering
    • Credit and debit notes against a bill, in their own series
  8. The owner's view

    Reports & analytics

Revenue, profit, payment mix and best sellers — for a day, a week, a month or any range you pick.

    • Revenue and profit, day by day
    • Payment-mode split: cash vs UPI vs card vs credit
    • Top-selling products, and dead stock by style and season
    • Salesperson-wise sales and commission

    What it replaces

The evening spent adding up the day's bills on a calculator, and the guess about which product is actually making money.

  9. The control

    Team & roles

Staff bill. Owners see the money. Both work on the same live data from any device.

    • Owner and staff roles with separate access
    • Invite staff over email — no shared password
    • Cost price and reports stay owner-only
    • Works on the laptop, the desktop and the phone in your pocket

    What it replaces

The shared owner login that every staff member types in — and the cost price they can read off the product screen with it.

What staff see, and what stays yours
