Delete your account

From the app

1. Open HindustanBills and sign in.
2. Go to Settings and tap Account.
3. Under Delete Account, type your account email and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. The deletion happens straight away.

By email

If you no longer have the app, write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with, asking for your account to be deleted. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Shop owner: your login and your whole shop: products, stock, bills, customers, the credit book (Udhaar Khata), suppliers, repairs and every staff login under it. A paid plan is cancelled at the same time.
• Staff member: your login only. The shop and its records belong to the owner and stay with them.

Nothing is kept afterwards, except where the law requires us to keep a record, such as a payment we received from you.
