- A free mobile tier, which we do not have. If your budget for billing software this year is zero, that is a real answer and we are not it.
- A far wider feature surface — TCS and TDS on invoices, multiple firms under one account, godowns and stock transfers, fixed assets.
- The Windows app runs fully offline as installed software, not as a browser that caches. If your counter has no internet at all rather than patchy internet, that is a different and stronger guarantee than ours.
- A much larger company, with dealers and a support organisation behind it.
Choose Vyapar if you sell more than clothing, you need multiple firms or TCS/TDS on invoices, or you want a free tier and can live with its limits.

Where we are the better fit
All of it follows from doing one trade rather than every trade.
- One price for the whole shop on every device, rather than a cheaper tier for the phone and a dearer one for the PC.
- Each colour and size as its own stock under one style, added as a grid in one go, rather than a size picked from item fields at the sale.
- The 5%/18% GST rate on garments worked out per piece after the discount, on every bill. Vyapar's clothing page does not say it does this.
- A size exchange on the bill screen, credited at what the customer paid.
- A credit sale never counted as cash received, enforced in one place so the bill and the khata cannot disagree.
